A few weeks ago, I posted about how I created journals for the kidlets to create and write in with the intention of being able to document their progress and creativity over many years. Well, it should be no surprise at all that I also created little albums to keep their school photos in one place and organized from pre-school to Grade 12. I created both albums when Rylee started Junior Kindergarten and knowing how Gabe only gets 1/4 of anything special by rule of being the second child, I created his little school album at the same time.
Rylee's School Picture Album
Gabriel's School Picture Album
I prepped enough pages so that the albums can accomodate photos up to and including Grade 12. And so that it is easy peasy to update each year with the addition of the new school photo, I keep the papers and embellies in a ziploc bag and that way it all stays in one place and is easy to find.
Ok, you've guessed it by now! Yup, a bit of a control freak but for me, it's not really about control but more that I don't have the patience to spend more time than I need to looking for things so if I keep it organized, theoritically at least, it should be easy to find. Then, I should be able to spend more time playing instead of hunting!
As for Gabry Road, believe it or not, the software did arrive on the 9th as promised. Not trying to be pessimistic or negative but after the first delay, I really thought that we would receive another 'delay email' on the 9th. The only things I know that ever arrive when promised are bills! But luck is on our side and Gabry Road is moving along fabulously. I hesitate to set a date but truly hoping to launch http://www.gabryroad.com/ by the end of November! Fingers crossed!
Thanks for stopping by!

Love the albums, very organized, I do similar tricks with projects I have on the go. I start so many and finish them at different times. Did you know that the XL ziplock bags fit a 12x12 sheet?
